
NECO 2023 marking begins, with results expected at the end of September.
The marking process for the 2023 school-based senior secondary certificate examination (SSCE) has begun, according to the National Examinations Council (NECO).
The marking began on Saturday, September 2, and is expected to be completed in two weeks.
A total of 1,205,888 million candidates nationwide registered for the exam, with 601,074 males and 584,814 females.
According to Neco, marking of the exam scripts was commenced yesterday and they are expected to release the results by the end of the month.
Neco has reassured candidates that partaked in the just concluded Exams that they could use the results for the ongoing admissions process into universities and other tertiary institutions for other purposes.
